In the evolution of power inductors, miniaturization is an inevitable trajectory. Yet, this miniaturization often faces new challenges of devices demanding higher power and lower Direct Current Resistance (DCR). Lighter, thinner personal electronics – from smartphones, smartwatches, tablets, ultra-thin laptops, solid-state drives, the new DDR5 memory, to compact DC-DC modules – all demand inductors of smaller dimensions and thinner profiles. Alongside, more powerful chips and feature-packed devices signify the need for inductors with higher saturation currents and even lower DCR.

Changjiang Microelectronics shines in addressing these industry challenges. It's where the brand flexes its muscles, paving the way for introducing innovative products that cater to market demands. In 2021, the company introduced the T-CORE+ flat wire technology-infused FTC series and the FEXL series. Specifically, the FTC series, aimed at handheld smart devices, continuously innovates to serve the customer needs. The FTC series now boasts over 400 models. The future plan for the coming 2-3 years involves expanding to 30 diverse sizes to cater to engineers in varied hardware environments.

FEXL Series:

Designed for servers, the new energy industry, and automotive electronics, the FEXL series (a large-volume T-CORE series) currently includes:

· FEXL1513A-4R7M with a saturation current of up to 44A

· FEXL1513A-100M with a saturation current of up to 30A

· FEXL1513A-330M with a saturation current of up to 19A
